My last three trips to the grocery store have been great! Yesterday, I went to Publix and Kroger and today to Publix.

The boys visit the FireStation with Uncle Glenn

While we visited Missouri recently, Grayson got to go to my uncle's work. It happens to be the Fire Station. He loved it. We could barely get him out of there. He got to sit in the fire trucks and see the lights. He had to sit in them several times also. He also got to try on the fire hat. We may have ourselves a future fireman.

Mother's Day

Today was a great Mother's Day. It was the third one with Grayson and the first one with Aaron. We went to church this morning and Grayson made me a heart in Sunday School. He also made a flower but he gave that to Grandma today when we went to visit. Grayson also picked me out beautiful white Orchids. I love my boys so much and no matter what life brings us, they get me through it. Here is to many more Mother's Days.

Fun with Friends at Zoo Atlanta.

Friday was the first of many fun days at the zoo with our friends. We got a season pass. I am so excited. We had a great time. Grayson was so funny looking at all the info cards like he could read what they said. He really enjoyed looking at the snakes. There was some construction on a new Tiger exhibit. I cant wait since the Tiger is my favorite. White Tigers, but it is just regular Tigers of course. We saw the "Baby" Panda that is 20 months old. It is between Grayson and Aaron in age. He was huge. It is so hard to believe that some babies are so big.

Teeth

For those of you that know us, Aaron went 10 months without any teeth. Well about two weeks ago, his first tooth poked through on the top. The next day the second tooth. This past Friday, I noticed a third tooth on the bottom which poked through yesterday, and now the forth tooth is poking through. Talking about coming in all at once.

Mail

Today's trip to the mail was pretty decent. I got my May and June free issues of Good Housekeeping. I also received my free sample of Purex 3 in 1 and I received my awaited $25. AMC gift card. Now, who knows when, Paul and I will be able to go on a date to see a movie. I really like when I can get more out of the mail box then bills and junk.

Great Coupon Shopping

I made my weekly coupon trip out today and got some great deals. First I went to Kroger and got 5 Grill Mates Marinades, 1 tub of Country Crock butter and a Reece's Cup for $.77 Then I went to Publix and got 2 loaves of bread, 2 packs of lunch meat, 1 pack of sliced cheese, 2 packs of shredded cheese, 2 packs of Oscar Myer hot dogs, 4 packs of Knorr Sides, 10 packs of KoolAid, 1 Del Monte Fruit Chillers Tubes, 8 boxes of Ziploc Bags, 8 4-packs of Yoplait Plus Yogurt, I bag of SunChips, 4 bags of Green Giant Steamers, 1 bottle of Miracle Whip, 2 boxes of Pop Tarts, 2 6 packs of Smirnoff, 2 packs of Mock Tender Steaks, 1 pack of Italian Sausage, 4 boxes of Kellogs Cereal, 3 12 packs of Mountain Dew and 1 jar of steak sauce for $99.90. Then I had to go to another Publix to use more coupons and I got 3 more Yoplait Yo Plus yogurts for $.81 then, 1 more Publix trip for 3 Del monte Fruit Chillers Tubes and Saline Solution for $4.53. I also got an HP Ink Cartridge, some cork panels, and a file box for $14.95 at Staples. I have to say that was mostly successful. I did have to buy some things that I didn't have coupons for, but overall I think I made out great.
