
For week 1, I made Crockpot Italian Chicken. I got this recipe from The Girl Who Ate Everything It was very easy to make. It tasted great. However, this is a meal I would probably only make once in awhile. It was kindof a heavy meal and without looking up any nutritional information I would have to say very fattening. I am glad though that I have a new recipe to add to my list of ones I like. I am an extremely picky eater so finding something I like to eat is hard!

OMG this looks so yummy! And fattening...is always good!
